21 teams, divided into 1 groups of 11 teams (North) and 1 group of 10 teams (South) on regional basis.
Each team plays against all the teams from its own group twice - home and away - and against all the teams from the other group once - for a total of 30 games each (29 games each for group South teams).
Players born on or after 1 January 1995 are eligible for participation.
3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw, 0 points for a loss.

4 teams from the Regular Season contest the Professional Development League champion in a knockout format.
Teams are paired according to their Regular Season standings:
1st in Group North vs 2nd in Group South;
1st in Group South vs 2nd in Group North.
Winners are decided over one leg, with extra time and penalties if score is level after regular time.
The two group winners are hosts.
The two Semi-finals winners meet each other with the winner becoming Professional Development League champion.
